Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Aktie Now wardrobe. If something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• All original tags must still be attached to the garments.

• Final sale items, undergarments, and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

1. Go to the Returns Portal on the Aktie Now website.

2. Enter your order number and the zip code used for the shipping address.

3. Select the items you wish to return or exchange and state the reason.

4. Print the prepaid shipping label generated by the portal.

5. Pack the items securely, attach the label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return at our facility.
