How to Track Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, keeping an eye on your new clothes is easy.

To track your package:

1. Log in to your Aktie Now account.

2. Navigate to My Account and select Order History.

3. Find the specific order you want to track and click View Details.

4. Click on the Track Package button. This will redirect you to the carrier's website with real-time updates.

If you checked out as a guest, you can still track your order. Simply open the order confirmation email we sent you and click on the tracking link provided inside. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking link to update with the carrier's initial scan.
